Founder & CEO
Hany leverages his entrepreneurial, expansive leadership style to transform performance, drive expansion, create business models and go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate goals and accelerate profitability for healthcare organizations operating in some of the most challenging corners of the globe. Hany’s sustained record of success stems from an unwavering belief in the importance of developing and nurturing talent. This focus, coupled with an ability to navigate and thrive in especially challenged and under-resourced markets has driven his executive leadership approach at global multinationals such as Baxter, Gambro, and Tyco Healthcare. Most recently, Hany led Baxter International’s Eastern Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (ECEMEA) region. Through turnaround leadership, organizational restructuring, and talent assessment and development initiatives, he led the transformation of ECEMEA into Baxter’s fastest-growing region within the company.

Hossam is a highly accomplished business leader with over 23 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries in global multinationals (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare) in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Central Independent States (CIS). Most recently, Hossam was Director of Eastern Central Europe & MEA (ECEMEA) Business Development and Distributor Management, where he drove exponential revenue growth, profitability, distributor channel optimization, business model transformation, market geographical expansion and ECEMEA growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Hossam has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 multinationals like Gambro Renal Care, Tyco Healthcare (Covidien), and Medtronic, where he successfully established and grew businesses and teams in the geographies.

Training & Development Leader
Jane’s mastery in presenting, storytelling, coaching, and public speaking inspires and creates memorable learning journeys for the clients she works with. After a 30 year career in the corporate world, Jane established Pure Valegro to facilitate growth and change for organizations and individuals. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, she designs, delivers and transforms organizations with expert facilitation, innovative training and motivational speaking. Jane is an accredited Challenger and SPIN Trainer, NLP Practitioner, AoEC Coach and British Psychological Society Level A & B qualified. She has worked for multinationals including Baxter International, Gambro, and Leica Microsystems in a variety of areas including training and development and human resources.

Walter Lee

Walter is a certified professional coach with over 30 years business experience and leadership roles in multinational corporations, venture capital, philanthropic organizations, and as an entrepreneur. He has worked with organizations such as Roche, Baxter, GE, Black & Decker, Quest Diagnostics, EQT, and Terre des hommes. His cross-cultural experience leading teams in North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa, in global businesses and commercial and innovation units involved coaching diverse teams and individuals to expand their potential and performance. From C-suite executives and board members to entrepreneurs and students, Walter coaches people at all levels in business, non-governmental organizations, and academia. He has been engaged in coaching education at Coach Training Institute. His approach explores the inner and outer journey of leadership. The inner journey of exploration allows one’s authentic self to emerge. The outer journey senses the world and engages others with purpose on the individual, group, and organizational system level for high performance.

Business Development Director
Amr is an experienced business leader, with an accomplished 20+ year career in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries. Amr’s previous experience includes sales, marketing, commercial excellence and leadership, and managing diverse portfolios and therapy areas at Sanofi, Janssen, Gambro, and Baxter International. Most recently, Amr held several leadership roles at Baxter, including, Head of Emerging Africa, Country Director, Saudi Arabia, and Regional Head of Marketing for the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Amr holds a Masters of Business in Finance and Marketing from the American University in Cairo, and an undergraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Cairo University.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Samie

Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Samie is an experienced nephrologist with experience in dialysis and renal transplantation. He has held various positions within the healthcare industry, including in hospitals and leading global healthcare multinationals. His corporate experience includes medical sales and marketing, strategy, training, medical affairs, regulatory, patient advocacy and distributor relations, all focused on renal care. Previously, Dr. Mohamed spent 17 years as a practicing physician, focusing on transplant nephrology. In 2011, he joined Gambro/Baxter, holding different roles with the EMEA training team, the ECEMEA marketing team, and finally, as Commercial Business Development Manager.

Chief Communications Officer
A seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience, Elizabeth Shine oversees communications for Experts Med. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and leading strategic and tactical communications activities that aligned with company strategy, drove employee engagement, and supported profitable growth. Elizabeth began her career at the U.S. Department of State, working for Steve Oxman, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Canadian Affairs, during the Bosnian War. She has held various communications leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including Georgetown University, Tyco International, Dell Technologies, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Baxter International. She has worked on four continents, where she has been published in various media, including the Wall Street Journal.
